• Pattern’s original yarn: Fingering weight, 382m / 100g — 50% Bamboo, 50% Cotton
• Effective weight: Fingering (~400m/100g when held double)
• Skein: 800m / 100g
• Gauge: 28 sts × 34 rows = 10cm in lace pattern
• Tension note: Bamboo Lace held double is a near-perfect weight match (400m/100g vs 382m/100g original). The bamboo content in both yarns gives the same drape and stitch clarity that makes this lace pattern sing. Our Silk Merino 50/50 (400m/100g) is a beautiful alternative — silky and drapey, ideal for lace. Swatch at 3.0mm.
